Community Guidelines

Last updated: October 1, 2026

361 is built around people sharing and interacting with each other. These guidelines establish the basic rules for participating in the community.

Treat other people like actual people. Disagreement is allowed. Harassment, threats, exploitation, and targeted abuse are not.

Harassment and threats

Do not threaten violence, encourage harm, stalk users, repeatedly target someone with abusive behavior, or coordinate harassment.

Sexual exploitation and minors

Content that sexually exploits, sexualizes, grooms, or endangers minors is prohibited.

We may report apparent child sexual exploitation material or credible threats to child safety to appropriate authorities or organizations when required or permitted by law.

Hateful conduct

Content that promotes violence or serious dehumanizing abuse against people based on protected characteristics is prohibited.

Violence

Credible threats, encouragement of real-world violence, and content intended to facilitate serious harm are prohibited.

Privacy

Do not publish another person's highly sensitive private information without authorization, particularly when doing so could expose them to harassment, fraud, stalking, or physical harm.

Impersonation

Do not impersonate another person, organization, or business in a deceptive manner intended to mislead or harm others.

Spam and scams

Spam, phishing, fraudulent schemes, deceptive links, artificial engagement manipulation, and other attempts to exploit users are prohibited.

Illegal activity

Do not use 361 to facilitate illegal activity or transactions that violate applicable law.

Enforcement

Depending on the circumstances, violations may result in content removal, reduced functionality, warnings, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.

Serious safety situations may also be referred to appropriate authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary.

Safety & Moderation

Last updated: October 1, 2026

361 provides tools intended to help users control their experience and alert us to potentially abusive or prohibited activity.

Reporting

Where reporting controls are available, users can report content or accounts they believe violate our rules. Reports may be reviewed by our moderation systems or team.

Blocking

Where blocking functionality is available, users can block accounts they do not want to interact with. Blocking is intended to limit unwanted interaction between users.

Moderation decisions

When reviewing reports, we may consider the content itself, context, account behavior, previous violations, severity, safety risks, and applicable law.

Immediate danger

361 is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Abuse reports

For serious safety concerns or problems with the in-app reporting system, contact .
